Lived all my life in Toronto and love it, but that doesn't stop me from complaining.

Toronto is almost 3 million people but within an hours drive of the city there are probably 10 million. Toronto is Canada's biggest city and within the Toronto area we probably have half of the Canadian population.
Toronto is North America's fifth largest city.

The Olympic torch run came through our city recently and I got of few pictures of the event. The torch run is going across Canada from east to west 45,000 miles and will be there in February 2010 in Vancouver for the Olympics.

By the way all of my pictures are available (without the watermark "DMB") and can be ordered by contacting me. They are all high resolution photos (Nikon D200) and can be enlarged to any size you wish, just contact me.

Try doing a search on GOGGLE for - twitter Toronto news, just those three words and see if MY OPERA BLOG comes up in the first search page out of 45 million hits?

It’s actually a real butterfly. (It was moving) I was walking along the Danforth while I was at the Taste of the Dandorth recently and all of a sudden several people started to take pictures from behind me and they were pointing at my backpack. I handed my camera to someone I was talking with and they snapped this picture of the butterfly who was on my back for about seven/eight minutes.
